AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By scheduling services with Know Pressure LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Know Pressure LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Know Pressure LLC provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, and related services. All work is performed using professional equipment and industry-standard techniques.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Prior to service, clients must:

• Provide unobstructed access to all areas requiring service

• Ensure windows and doors are securely closed

• Remove personal belongings, vehicles, and obstacles from work areas

• Inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive materials, or surface concerns

• Provide accessible water source on-site (failure to provide may result in additional fees)

WATER USAGE NOTICE

Temporary water pressure reduction may occur during service. We arrive with water reserves and only draw additional water as needed to complete your job efficiently.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Residential clients: 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling

• Commercial clients: 48-hour notice required

• Less than required notice may result in $50 cancellation fee
  Extenuating circumstances considered case-by-case

COMMERCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Early termination within 90 days: $100 fee

• After 90 days: 30-day written notice required

PAYMENT TERMS

• There is a $50 minimum charge for every residential service visit.

• There is a $100 minimum charge for every commercial service visit.
  

• Residential: Payment due upon completion

• Commercial: Net 7 days unless otherwise agreed

• Late payments: 5% fee after 7 days

• Returned checks: $35 fee

• Client responsible for collection costs if applicable

WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

Know Pressure LLC performs all services with professional care. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, loose materials, or deteriorated surfaces

• Issues from poor-quality paint, sealant, or caulking

• Electrical hazards from exposed outlets or wiring

• Slippery surfaces during/after service (use caution until dry)

• Complete removal of all stains or discoloration

DAMAGE CLAIMS

In the event of service-related damage, clients agree to allow Know Pressure LLC first opportunity to inspect and repair before pursuing other remedies.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll return within 48 hours to address concerns at no additional charge.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Virginia state law. This agreement represents the complete understanding between parties. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW & ENROLLMENT

Eligibility: Must be 18+, legally able to enter agreements, and comply with all applicable laws.

Enrollment: Complete form at https://forms.gle/RyVCgC2RUGTzHLCH7. Approval within 5 business days. We reserve right to approve/deny applications.

Program Options: Choose Affiliate Program OR Referral Program (not both). Changes allowed until 1st of each month via email to info@KnowPressureLLC.com.

2. PROGRAM BENEFITS & STRUCTURE

Affiliate Program:

• Customer receives 5% off first service (must use the provided code when scheduling to redeem)

• You earn 5% commission on net service amount

• $25 minimum payout via PayPal on 1st of each month

‍ ‍Referral Program:

• Customer receives 10% off first service (must use the provided code when scheduling to redeem)

• No commission payments

Partner Benefits: 10% discount on your personal services, access to approved marketing materials.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Your Obligations:

• Use only Company-provided tracking codes

• Disclose affiliate/referral relationship to customers

• Get pre-approval for all marketing materials utilizing Company name or information

• Comply with brand guidelines

Prohibited Activities:

• Spam or unsolicited communications

• False/misleading advertising

• Trademark/copyright infringement

4. SERVICE & PAYMENT TERMS

Service Area: Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas (within 1-hour travel)

Eligible Services: All residential and commercial pressure washing services

Discount Application: First service only, applied at completion, subject to verification

Commission Payments: Monthly on 1st, $25 minimum, PayPal only

5. LEGAL TERMS

Relationship: You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and insurance.

Confidentiality: You agree to keep all Company information confidential (customer lists, pricing, procedures, strategies).

Liability: Company liability limited to earned commissions. You indemnify Company against claims from your actions.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Company may terminate immediately for breach. Earned commissions paid per normal schedule.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Modifications: Company may modify terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation = acceptance.

Governing Law: Virginia state law. Disputes resolved in Roanoke County courts with good-faith mediation first.

Agreement: This constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.

7. ACCEPTANCE

By completing the enrollment form and participating, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms.
