1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By scheduling services with Know Pressure LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Know Pressure LLC governing all exterior cleaning and related services provided. As a veteran-owned and family-operated business, we are committed to providing reliable, disciplined, and transparent service to our community in Roanoke, VA, and surrounding areas.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Know Pressure LLC provides professional exterior cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties using industry-standard techniques and professional-grade equipment. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Exterior Washing: Deep cleaning for residential homes, commercial buildings, driveways, and sidewalks to remove organic growth, dirt, and grime.
• Fleet Cleaning: Specialized washing for commercial vehicle fleets to maintain professional appearance.
• Dumpster & Pad Cleaning: Sanitation and pressure washing for waste areas to eliminate odors, bacteria, and debris.
• Custom Commissions: Tailored cleaning solutions for unique or specialized projects upon request.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the highest quality of service and safety, Clients must perform the following prior to our arrival:

• Access: Provide unobstructed access to all areas requiring service, including unlocking gates or removing security barriers.
• Securing Property: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly sealed and closed. Know Pressure LLC is not responsible for water intrusion through faulty seals or open apertures.
• Area Preparation: Remove personal belongings, vehicles, patio furniture, decorations, and obstacles from the work area.
• Disclosure: Inform Know Pressure LLC of any pre-existing damage, sensitive materials, or specific surface concerns (e.g., loose siding, compromised mortar, or delicate landscaping).
• Water Source: Provide an accessible and functional on-site water source. Failure to provide a water source may result in service delays or additional equipment fees.

4. WATER USAGE NOTICE

Know Pressure LLC utilizes professional equipment that may cause a temporary reduction in indoor water pressure during the cleaning process. We arrive with water reserves to supplement the cleaning but will draw from the on-site supply as needed to complete the job efficiently.

5. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our clients' time and maintain a strict schedule to ensure reliability.

• Residential Clients: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Commercial Clients: A minimum of 48-hour notice is required.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Exceptions: Extenuating circumstances or severe weather conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Know Pressure LLC.

6. COMMERCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

For commercial clients enrolled in recurring service plans:

• Early Termination: Termination of a subscription within the first 90 days will result in a $100.00 early termination fee.
• Standard Termination: After the initial 90-day period, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel or modify a subscription service.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

• Service Minimums: Every residential service visit is subject to a $50.00 minimum charge. Every commercial service visit is subject to a $100.00 minimum charge.
• Residential Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
• Commercial Payment: Payments are due Net 7 days from the invoice date unless a different arrangement is documented in writing.
• Late Fees: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a 5% late fee.
• Returned Checks: A fee of $35.00 will be applied to all returned checks.
• Collection Costs: The Client is responsible for all costs associated with debt collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, should it become necessary to pursue payment.

8. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Know Pressure LLC performs all services with military-grade discipline and professional care. However, Know Pressure LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, loose materials, or surfaces that have deteriorated due to age or neglect.
• Damage resulting from poor-quality paint, failing sealants, or compromised caulking.
• Electrical hazards, shorts, or malfunctions involving exposed outlets, faulty wiring, or outdoor lighting not properly sealed by the Client.
• Slippery conditions during or after the service. Clients and guests are advised to use extreme caution on wet surfaces until completely dry.
• Chemicals & plant health: By default, Know Pressure LLC uses standard professional cleaning chemicals for all services, which may include sodium hypochlorite and other industry-standard agents. While we take every precaution to protect landscaping (including pre-wetting and post-rinsing), we cannot guarantee against potential effects on plant life and are not liable for damage to vegetation. An eco-friendly cleaning solution may be available upon request for an additional fee, but it must be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of work.
• The removal of permanent stains, deep oil saturation, or environmental discoloration that has become a permanent part of the substrate.

9. DAMAGE CLAIMS

In the event that the Client alleges service-related damage, the Client agrees to notify Know Pressure LLC in writing within 24 hours of service completion. The Client agrees to allow Know Pressure LLC the first opportunity to inspect and, if necessary, repair the damage using a qualified professional before pursuing other remedies or outside contractors.

10. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and work with you to ensure your satisfaction, which may include a one-time touch-up or corrective action based on our professional assessment of the results. This guarantee applies only to services within the original scope of work.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
